I thought setting up the printer was going to be a bit of a hassle, but the docs were actually really helpful. I had it up and running quickly, which was a nice surprise.

I was unhappy with how everything went and wouldn’t order from them again

The box showed up dented and the tape was already kind of loose, which made me a little nervous. Maybe I’m being too picky, because the printer itself seems to be working fine so far, but I still feel like the packaging should’ve been a lot more secure.

It was okay overall, but the ordering process was kind of confusing. I felt like I wasted more energy than necessary just trying to figure out what to do, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating.

To be fair, when it’s working, the print quality is good. I’ve gotten some nice results from it. That said, it does seem to need fixes or adjustments more often than I’d like, which gets frustrating after a while. Overall, it’s okay, but I wish it were more reliable.

Ordered from creality.com and the printer showed up in good shape, so that part was fine. No damage, no real issues with the box or product.

Shipping was slower than I expected, and tracking barely moved for a few days, which was annoying. It got here eventually, just not fast. 3 stars because the printer arrived okay, but delivery could be better

I ordered it from creality.com thinking I was getting a solid deal, but I’m not sure the value is really there. The printer does work, so I don’t want to make it sound like it’s terrible, but I had to buy a few extra parts and spend way more time tweaking it than I expected right out of the box. Maybe I was expecting too much for the price, but I figured it would be a little more ready to use. Support did respond, which I appreciated, but it was slow. Overall, it’s not the worst purchase ever, I just can’t shake the feeling that I paid more than what I actually got. Anyone else feel the same way?

The creality site is fine, I guess, but the real help came from random people in the community. Support took forever to reply, which was damn annoying. I did get my printer working in the end, but it was way more of a headache than it needed to be.

The printer’s been solid overall, especially with Creality Store filament. No big issues there. But with a few other brands, I kept running into annoying clogs. Lots of temp tweaking. Trial and error. I eventually got decent prints, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth or easy as I expected. Not a dealbreaker, just kind of frustrating.

I needed a new hotend and a couple of small wheels for my older Ender 3, i was expecting it to be a total hassle.

But the parts were easy to find on Creality’s site, and I didn’t have to sit there guessing if they’d actually fit, which was a HUGE relief. Prices seemed fair too, and the shipping wasn’t painfully slow.

Got everything swapped out and the printer is back up and running. Really nice to know they still carry replacement parts for older machines instead of only pushing the newest printers

I had an issue and used the warranty, and it was handled just fine, they got the replacement sent out fast and I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of hassle.

I’m tired of dealing with this same printer issue over and over. I waited days to hear back from support, and when they finally replied, it felt like a copy-paste message that didn’t actually address anything. The printer still isn’t working, and at this point it’s just really frustrating

My creality printer has been reliable overall, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, it definitely feels like they expect you to stay on top of everything yourself, cleaning, leveling the bed, checking the belts, all that little maintenance stuff. None of it is especially difficult, but it does eat up time. Replacement parts are easy enough to find on their site, which helps. I’d give it 4 stars

I actually dropped this printer once and figured that was probably it... but nope, it still prints fine every day. Been using it for months now and no real complaints

Had a small issue with my printer order, so I reached out to creality support. they got back to me fast. Faster than I thought they would. They helped me get it sorted without turning it into a whole complicated thing. Simple and easy. Happy with the experience

The prints came out really clean, honestly. I was kind of expecting to tweak a bunch of settings first, but they looked sharp right away. I had it running while making coffee and somehow ended up reorganizing a kitchen drawer in the middle of it, but when I came back the results were still super crisp. Really happy with how they turned out.

I’ve been using the Creality app to send prints from my phone and keep an eye on things when I’m away. The cloud setup has been easy for me, and I haven’t run into any big issues so far. I actually kind of regret not trying it earlier because it’s made printing a lot more convenient.

I mostly remember my old printer being loud and annoying, though I’ve probably blocked out half of it. This one is quiet enough that I can leave it running at night and not really notice it. Definitely a nice surprise.

I wanted to like this software, but the weird part is it somehow makes basic tasks feel more complicated than they should be. The app feels clunky, and it crashes way too often, which gets frustrating fast.
